Where is the innovation? In the app? A small outsourced team could build an app. The committee knows someone who could get an Indian development team to do it for much less.
Location, dispatch, payments and pricing are presented as one system. We prefer to evaluate them separately. Taken one at a time, they all look quite simple.
The founder insists that the innovation lies in how the service works as a whole. We have asked them to return with a patent and something more technical than a map.
